“I pray that they may all be one”

Jesus sais: “I pray that they may all wil be one. Father! May they be in us, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they be one, so that the world will believe that you sent me.” This can be read in the Bible, the Gospel of John, chapter 17, verse 21.
Unity is so important! We Christians should make a greater effort for that. Make contact with people from other groups. Fortunately I'm not the only one to think so...
The Nationale Synode is a movement that stimulates the unity among Christians. In 2018 and 2019 a fourth meeting is planned, 400 years after the national Synod of 1618 and 1619.

Art for Kids

Recently I give presentations in Group 3, 4 or 5 of elementary school. But this story also can be told in other groups with children of about 5 to 9 years of age. The basis for the presentation is a story about making my paintings and the above mentioned download “Sweetie Pie”. This is a story about God, containing 8 tempera paintings. It is partly narrated by Sweetie Pie. When I gave a presentation in Berkel en Rodenrijs, the children were very excited. They found it fun to get to know Sweetie Pie and it was very nice to work with them!
